STATE SPECIFIC REQUIREMENTS

  • If applying for Variable Life or Variable Annuities, applicant must also apply for or hold Life.
  • Variable Applicants: Must supply NASD CRD number on application.
  • Individual applicants - Applicant must be 18 years old or older as determined from the applicant’s Date of Birth.
  • Business Entity Applicants: The Designated Licensed Responsible Producer(s) must cumulatively hold all lines of authority listed on the business entity application. The DRLP must be licensed in CT, as either a resident or non-resident producer.
  • Producers may reinstate license by utilizing NRL application one year after license expiration date.

State fees will be collected by NIPR (on behalf of CT) when a transaction is declined according to CT business rules. Transaction fees and processing fees will also apply. Violation of the following rules will result in a decline response.
