STATE SPECIFIC REQUIREMENTS

State fees will be collected by NIPR (on behalf of DC) when a transaction is declined according to DC business rules. Transaction fees and processing fees will also apply. Violation of the following rules will result in a decline response.

Applicant must not have an inactive Non Resident license in DC.
Applicant must not have an inactive Resident license in DC.
Individual applicants - Applicant must be 18 years old or older as determined from the applicant’s Date of Birth.
