Original / Resident Renewal Applications:

Effective January 1, 2008, Missouri-resident producers licensed for any major line of authority will be required to complete sixteen (16) hours of continuing education during any two-year licensure period.

1. All Applicants for a new resident license that are required to answer any of the background questions "yes" must submit a signed statement and the supporting documents to Missouri DOI DIFP. 2. All Applicants with a resident license in lapsed status must apply or renew directly to MO. DIFP.
3. Business Entity applicants must complete the MO Resident Licensing Checklist found at: http://www.nipr.com/state_missouri.htm#res_bus . for additional requirements.
4. Individuals cannot apply for renewal earlier than 60 days prior to license expiration date.
5. Attach a list of all branch offices conducting Missouri business.
