STATE SPECIFIC REQUIREMENTS

Business Entity applicants must complete the MO Non-Resident Licensing Checklist found here.
Please direct all questions and concerns, regarding State fees charged, to the Missouri Department of Insurance, Financial Institutions, and Professional Registration License Section at (573) 751-3518.

State fees will not be collected by NIPR (on behalf of MO) when a transaction is declined according to MO business rules. Transaction fees and processing fees will also apply. Violation of the following rules will result in a decline response.

Applicant must not have an inactive Non Resident license in MO.
Applicant must not have an inactive Resident license in MO.
Individual applicants - Applicant must be 18 years old or older as determined from the applicant’s Date of Birth.
Individual applicants - Applicant applying for Variable Contracts must also apply for or have Life LOA in MO.
Non-Citizens of U.S. without a U.S. resident license or legal address cannot apply.
Business Entity applicants - Each DRLP must have an active Resident or Non-Resident license in MO.
