STATE SPECIFIC REQUIREMENTS

No specific requirements at this time

State fees will not be collected by NIPR (on behalf of OR) when a transaction is declined according to OR business rules. Transaction fees and processing fees will still apply. Violation of the following rules will result in a decline response.

Applicant must not have an inactive Non Resident license in OR.
Applicant must not have an inactive Resident license in OR.
Applicant must be 18 years old or older as determined from the applicant's Date of Birth.
Business Entity applicants - Designated/Responsible Licensed Producer must hold an active non-resident or resident license in OR.
