STATE SPECIFIC REQUIREMENTS

Please note: Applicants holding Property, Casualty and Personal Lines in their home state should not include Personal Lines P&C on their application. This authority is included in the major lines of Property and Casualty in the state of Wisconsin.

State fees will be collected by NIPR (on behalf of WI) when a transaction is declined according to WI business rules. Transaction fees and processing fees will also apply. Violation of the following rules will result in a decline response.

Individual applicants - Applicant must be 18 years old or older as determined from the applicant’s Date of Birth.
Business Entity applicants - At least one Designated Licensed Responsible Producer must have an active license in WI.
