STATE SPECIFIC REQUIREMENTS

State fees will be collected by NIPR (on behalf of WY) when a transaction is declined according to WY business rules. Transaction fees and processing fees will also apply. Violation of the following rules will result in a decline response.

• Applicant must not have an inactive Non Resident license in WY.
• Individual applicants - Applicant must be 18 years old or older as determined from the applicant’s Date of Birth.
• Individual applicants - Applicant must enter FINRA CRD number on application for Variable.
• Individual applicants - When applying for Variable, applicant must also apply for or hold Life in WY.
• Business Entity applicants - At least one Designated Licensed Responsible Producer must hold an active Resident or Non-Resident license in WY.
