Organization also debuts new logo, marks 20th anniversary

KANSAS CITY, Mo. (April 2, 2016) — The National Insurance Producer Registry (NIPR) today released its 2015 Annual Report featuring record-breaking accomplishments.

“2015 was a banner year for NIPR. We processed 25 million transactions, representing a 14 percent growth in volume,” said Karen Stakem Hornig, NIPR Executive Director. “As we integrate more and more online transactions for producers, we’re confident they see an increase in both efficiency and customer service.”

The report also features the debut of NIPR’s new logo, which coincides with the 20th anniversary of the association.

“During the past two decades, NIPR has increased its focus on technical innovation and improved customer service,” Hornig added. “We’re proud of the progress we’ve made in refining our services and website to simplify and create uniformity in producer-licensing.”

The online edition of NIPR's Annual Report contains audited financial statements and features a video with messages from Hornig, the National Association of Insurance Commissioners’ Chief Legal Officer and Chief Operating Officer Andrew J. Beal and several NIPR employees.
