NIPR RELEASES 2009 ANNUAL REPORT
DENVER (March 26,
2010) - Highlighting the significant achievements made
toward a one-stop solution for producer licensing, the National
Insurance Producer Registry (NIPR) today released its 2009 Annual
Report. The year's successes include: completion of ninety-six
significant state project implementations; release of a reengineered
reports function; expansion of the Attachments Warehouse with a
Reporting of Actions (ROA) function; and newly focused Vision and
Mission Statement.
"This has been an important year for us in the
advancement of producer licensing technology," said NIPR Executive
Director Maryellen Waggoner. "The ROA function provides significant
value to the industry and the state regulators by simplifying the
way producers report actions. This tool - along with the other
products implemented in 2009 - continues to enhance NIPR's vision as
a technological innovator in producer licensing."
Included in the annual report are 2009 audited
financial statements.
