New Mexico is converting to SBS. As a result of this conversion the state will not be accepting transactions until July 17, 2017

*Address must match respective resident/home state license address.

*Non-resident licensee cannot change residence address state code to non-resident state.

License Printing

New Mexico does not offer online license printing. Licensees must contact the state.

Business Rules

P.O. Boxes are allowed for mailing addresses and individual business addresses.

P.O. Boxes are not allowed for residence addresses.

P.O. Boxes are not allowed for business entity business addresses.

Applicant's New Mexico license record must be in active status on the Producer Database for a contact change request (CCR) transaction to be submitted.

Individual Residents must maintain a residence address in New Mexico.

Individual Non-Residents cannot have a residence address in New Mexico.
