  • Submit contact change request for any license on NIPR's Producer Database (PDB)
  • Submit DHS contact change request (no resident state license on PDB)
  • Submit Email Changes
  • Submit Phone number Changes
  • Submit change to state code of residence address (Non-residents only)
  • Non- Resident Licensees: Submit change to state code of business address (Non-residents only)
  • Non- Resident Licensees: Submit change to state code of mailing address (Non-residents only)

Applicant Cannot

  • Resident Licensees: Accepts change to state code of residence address (Residents only)
  • Resident Licensees: Accepts change to state code of business address (Residents only)
  • Resident Licensees: Accepts change to state code of mailing address (Residents only)

Business Rules

  • P.O. Box not allowed for residence and business address.

  • P.O. Box allowed for mailing address.

  • Applicant’s Rhode Island license record must be in active or expired status on PDB.

  • Rhode Island does not track counties.

  • Address must match respective resident/home state license address.
