Kentucky background reports must be obtained online at http://courts.ky.gov. Register for account, then order online.  Copy will be sent to DOI by Administrative Office of the Courts.

EXAMINATION: Once application and all applicable documentation is received and processed, examination may be scheduled through a password secured eServices account at http://insurance.ky.gov.
