Affiliation required for all individuals who represent the business entity in its transactions in Washington

Include a Letter of Certification within 180 days of issuance and not to expire within 30 days. If resident state does not license business entities, must submit a Certificate of Good Standing from resident Secretary of State (not older than 180 days) |

In reference to question 23 on the business application, Washington does not require that the designated/responsible licensed producer be an officer, director or partner of the business entity. |
