A National Producer Number (NPN) is a unique NAIC identifier assigned during the licensing application process. NPNs are assigned to individuals and business entities in the Producer Database (PDB).

NIPR Expands Licensing Services in New York and Washington
The National Insurance Producer Registry( NIPR) announced today that it is now offering Resident and Nonresident Business Entity licensing and renewals for insurance producers, agents, and brokers in New York and Washington.
