Look up a National Producer Number

A National Producer Number (NPN) is a unique NAIC identifier assigned during the licensing application process. NPNs are assigned to individuals and business entities in the Producer Database (PDB).

With your transaction, payment or order number, you can check the status of your application. States typically take 7 to 10 days to review applications. If you don’t see an update, contact the state for assistance.
