Applicant Can

  • Submit adjuster license application for individuals electronically.
  • Submit partial renewals.
  • Print licenses electronically.

Applicant Cannot

  • Submit Adjuster Designated Home State (ADHS) electronically

Business Rules

  • Renewal application for Limited to Resident Authority (PDB: 11979) will only be permitted if there is an active resident state adjuster license on PDB (excludes Public Adjuster offerings).

  • Applicant's Resident License must be on record.

  • Applicant's name must match current PDB record for resident state.

  • Applicant's birth date must match current PDB record for resident state

  • All instances of phone number must be a valid 10 digit phone number.

  • P.O. Box or PMB (Private Mailbox) cannot be used for either residence or business address

All License Classes offered through the Non-Resident Adjuster Renewal

Renewal Period Begins: Ninety (90) days prior to expiration date.

Renewal Period Ends: License Expiration Date (applicant can renew the day of expiration)

Late Renewal Period: Late Renewals are allowed for up to one (1) year past the license expiration date.
