Applicant Can

  • Submit contact change request for any license on NIPR's Producer Database (PDB)
  • Submit Email Changes
  • Submit Phone number Changes
  • Submit change to state code of residence address (Non-Resident Only)
  • Submit change to state code of business address (Non-Resident Only)

Applicant Cannot

  • Submit DHS contact change request (no resident state license on PDB)
  • Track counties
  • Submit change to state code of residence address (Resident Only)
  • Submit change to state code of businessaddress (Resident Only)
  • Submit change to state code of mailing address (Resident and Non-Resident)

Business Rules

P.O. Box not allowed for residence and business address.

P.O. Box allowed for mailing address.

Applicant’s South Dakota license record may be in any status on PDB.

Resident South Dakota licensees can only change the state code of the business and mailing address to one of the neighboring states: Minnesota, North Dakota, Wyoming, Nebraska, or Iowa.
